Scam asked for gift card,sent fake PayPal emails

From craigslist. Accuses people of sending photos and mail to underage daughter. This number is in Ohio. Why hasn't the police arrested this scumbag already ?

Left a message claiming to be UPMC. Possibly debt collections, but I don’t believe I owe them anything.

This company has called from a different #previously and claimed that they are the IRS and demanded money.

Offered free security systems and phone lines.

It is a recording and I can't speak to an actual person to be taken off their calling list.

This number (scam artists) had stopped calling after I reported them a month or two ago and now they are calling again.

The voice message they left stated to push 1 if you would like to be connected with a travel agent and 2 if you are not planning on traveling.
