Had my debit card charged 4 times yesterday for $68.81. The phone number listed for the "merchant" was 800-587-1102, which then tells you to call 10 15 15 8000 for a charge of $4.95.Who is this and how did they get my debit card number? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
I am trying to call the local (Hawthorne city Ca. 90250) H&C deposal at 800 420 8599. The call after ringing two three times will replay to use for $4.99 the number 10 15 15 8000. It is frustrating when I call my local west disposal company to be redirect to the above number again and again. I located the local office using their web site 310 675 3047; even this number is no more in service. The latter is I know beyond the scope of my report. I wonder why the H & C Disposal number 800 420 8599 is serving the above mentioned number.
We I am in this becasue they charged or drafted my bank for 3 transactions totaling over 1000.00 Now thats not chump change, WHO ARE THEY AND WHY is it so hard to clear this up. Bank shows 800-668-6168 but agian that tells ya to hang up and dial 10-15-15-8000 or 10-15-15-8000-7025551212, but again charges apply. I did not ask for this so what is happening.
I saw this company named uniquesquared.com on my c.card statement which I could not recognize. I called the 1800number associated with it and it asked me to call 101-515-8000. I thought that is fishy and I called the c.card company and disputed it.
Found two calls that weren't ours billed through IDL Teleservices in the amount of 13.00 and within 1 minute of each other. First I called Qwest who told me to call IDL which I did and got a nice lady that said it would be dealt with and that I should pay the bill and they would send me a check.......RED FLAG!!!!! Not trusting that this was going to happen I called Qwest and put a disputed charge on our account so won't be paying this, should I get the check promised we will then deal with that aspect. Funny thing is no one used this 10 15 15 800 so do they randomly hope someone won't pay attention to it and pay it. It is a directory assistance number located in Nevada, if I remember right not to many years ago a Nevada company was trying to slam phone accounts and I had to put a lock on switching my account after contacting the State AG.
I am having the same troubles as all of you above. The company offending me at the moment is OAN Services. THey have taked a fee onto my phone bil.. My phone is blocked so hard that I am lucky to have a dial tone. But asomehow these scamming companies still find a way to play with my bill. Luckily I pay my bill directly every month. Nothing automatic. Last time it was ILD that tried charging me. I call the number and get it cancelled but it comes up again eventually. I was concidering going to automatic bill pay like many people but this has convinced me that if I do that some of these scams might actually get through.Thanks for showing me to be dilligent. GOD knows the scam artists are.
I REC'D A CALLED LIFE PERSON AND SOUND VERY NOISY TELEMARKETING BACKGROUND AND SAID CALLING FROM CPD???? I REFUSED TALK TO THEM AND THEY GAVE ME TELEPHONE NO. 866-645-1616. I CALLED BACK CPD AND MACHINE ASK ME TO CALL 1015158000 AND SAID $4.95 PER MINUTE.
The 101-515-8000# is connected to 1-800-371-6692 and 1-702-555-1212. this person got into my bank account and many others. Through a whole lotts research He may be pAtrick J Hines 8940 nw sunrise forida, 33351-7762(954)578-6716. watch your bank account , and your phone. I never got a call but traced this with info I got from the bank.. I seem to work faster than the bank does. Report this to your bank or phone co if you get any of these # associated with anything. !
Got instructions to call this number whilst trying to dial a legitimate, toll free number for a business back east. I had used the exact # not two hours earlier, yet when I dialed the 888 number, three times in a row, I got a noisy ring tone and a recording telling me that "this number has a new listing" and advising me to immediately dial 10-10-15-8000. Obviously I didnt, but instead called my phone company. they checked my end of the line carefully and advised no problems, and opined that these scammers were working at the other end. I advised the business of this and they are looking into it. After finding this board after I got curious, I contacted my phone company {Windstream} and they put a "pick lock" on my account that disallows third party billing. They said this was not the first call on this, so apparently it's back up and still going. So y'all be careful out there...
