Constant calls. Early in the morning calls to wake me up. How do make them stop?

Started calling a few days ago, and keeps calling. Dropped call when voicemail is on, and hangs up if we answer. Scumbags. We're on the DNCR and are also filing complaints with the FCC and the FTC.

My wife just received a call from #201-891-1029 wanting to speak to me. They wanted my name and address and date of birth. I called Medco to verify if this was ligit and the rep told me that a call was made to verify my prescription mailing address today. I asked why it came from a 201 phone number and she informed me that these calls are made from Manila. Some how Medco must have a phone setup using local numbers from overseas.

I am sending a copy your email to your CEO. Any good employee would never talk to customers in this way!

Prescriptions. The other number they are calling from is 464-045-1318. You can always ask your doctor to write a prescription for 90 days. I did.They cover. Why to send? Yes, they call very often. If the client doesnot want to respond to theiroffer, why to push? It is annoying.

If you're an RX manager thats real sweet how you address people on here! Calling them morons? What kind of manager is that ????So if it is really Medco , which I received a call from this number just today, how come they just sit there and breathe on your answer machine and not say anything ?? Not one word, just hear someone breathing and thats it for about 30 seconds ...... Thats not customer service at all..... They need professionals making their calls ... not morons like you like to call people !!!

I am asking my employer to stop using Medco due to the verbal abuse that they have posted.

Call from Medco, accent sounded Indian, was very hard to understand her.

said they were medco calling about an order and gave 866-686-3326 to call back M-F 9 am - 5 pm (didn't say time zone) and left a # to reference which seemed kind of long. also said could leave a msg is calling at a different time. Definitely was not the normal type of calls I get from Medco, nor either of the phone numbers I have saved for them which I know are good: 866-383-7314 and 800-903-3589.I sent a message on thru Medco's website to see what the deal is.

Unknown number a robo dial. Only answers with a telemarketing message
