202-210-0054 is a scam from what sounds like a middle eastern idiot.He couldn't speak English and started jabbering about how I had money coming to me and they wanted bank info to send it.I asked the guy if there was anyone on the planet earth dumber than he was and he hung up before I had the chance.

Got a call on my cell from 202-210-0054, was eating dinner, so let it go to voice mail. (even though we have family there) The caller didn't leave a message. Checked Google and found that it's a scam with people trying to get you to give your personal information for funds that the government owes you.DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION.
Got this call several times! Everytime you cannot understand what he says. Last time had yell at him to quit calling our numbers. Getting ridiculous!
I got a call from this number - like others reported - a man with a very thick accent, almost to the point of not being understandable. Told me I had been chosen to receive $9000.00. I said not interested and that I was on the Do Not Call list and hung up.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.

Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
