Called me claiming to be from the US grant department, so I told him I would hang up and call his number back, and if he answered I would then listen to him, tried calling, went straight to voicemail
They keep calling me and i am on the do not call list. Our government sure isn't helping with this.
Same thing want to give 9,000.but wants your credit card or debit card number. Hang up Scam.
I just received a phone call from a 202-210-0054 phone number. The woman claimed that she was from the Federal Government and said that I am eligible to receive grant money to use for whatever I wanted. While she was on the phone with me, I typed in the phone number on the computer and it popped up scam. The woman was schocked that I automatically said "I don't want the money" and she kept saying I could use it for whatever I wanted. I then proceeded to tell her that I do not want the money. Then I hung up.

Claimed to be giving me a $9000 grant. I hung up after I got the feeling it was a scam. He called back streaming profanity on my voicemail.
received a call from this number i didn't recognize, no vm left. i blocked my nbr and returned the call to which i got no answer.
I got a call from this number this morning. The caller had a lot of background call center noise behind him, and a thick foreign accent. He opened up with "Hello, I am calling from the US Federal Government, how are you doing?" I immediately cursed him out and told him not to call me again. Let's face it folks, sometimes these scammers are just not that bright. I do want to point out that I received a pharmacy discount card in the mail from Washington D.C. yesterday and I have registered on the Obamacare website in the last week. I heard the website has already had some 16 security breaches or attacks so I think it is safe to say that we are registering for a WHOLE LOT OF FUN now. Un....&^&^#&^#.....believable. Thanks gov. :-D
