A few minutes ago this number left a message on my home phone. The message mentions a restraining order, and threatens to contact my employer if I do not call back within 4 hours. This is a pretty f*cked up scam. What kind of sick twisted people leave such rediculous messages on random phones? What kind of twisted people want to make a living off of money they've scammed from innocent people with hard working jobs? Discusted with this low brow organization but so thankful for this website! P.S: (just so you know) restraining orders are NEVER delivered by phone.

This has been happening to me for 3 years, at first it was a foriegn man telling me that I got a pay day loan and didn't pay it back. Finally my lawyer called them and it stopped. For the past two weeks they have been calling back using this 4 hours to call and they will get a restraining order. The law doesnt work that way. If you owe money they file a civil suit against you in court and only a court can order garnishment of wages. Be aware of using or going on line and trying to get a pay day loan from the commercial of montell williams. These companies are scam artist and i am not saying he is involved I am just saying they get your information and try and scare you into giving them money. They just called me I called back the 202-417-2021 number five times and of course no answer. Call your state authorities and the consumer protection agency when this happens they will help.

Only a court order can garnish any wages from you. These people I have talked to before they are foreigners. I finally called my attorney generals office, before they were using a 903 number know they are using a 202 and most people know that is washingont, dc that is another reason alot of people get scared and pay the money. Screw these nut jobs, Im a disabled American Veteran they will need an act of congress to get my money. Let them get there phoney restraining order so I can see them and kick there [***]. and if I cant my nine cane.

the number was 202-417-2021 to call within 4 hours, the company is called irs litigations. i did not give them any information

Please do something to stop these type of calls, especially at your work number, this is un-acceptable,these people have to stop and they are the ones that need to go to court,
