Called me Christmas Eve Day (12/25/2013)at 12:48 pm... staing there was a complaint against me and I might need to appear in court that there was a pending restraining order involved and I needed to call back at 202-417-2021 within 4 hours to speak to a litigator or they would contact my employer. Did not identify who they were with or what they were calling about. Left no account number, reference number or file number to ask about when returning call.

the same thing happened to me.

Had a law enforcement friend call the number back and, of course the scammers could not provide a street address for their supposed office location. This is just another fraudulent attempt to scam people by using illegal threats to harrass employers and garnish your wages. Ignore, block and do not answer calls from numbers you do not recognize, including private numbers.

Just got the call to call back within 4houts or would go after my wages. Called said no one is available. Must not be that important tried calling back 3 other times. Had something like this right before thanksgiving said it was irs on a payday loan that I had supposedly taken out for $1000 was total $1500 with fees but if I would pay that day would take it down to $240. I looked them up and was total scam. When I told the guy he called me a deadbeat and told me good luck... He even called my work and told HR it was a life emergency, they told him to send in documents and caller got really mad and hung up, they said they have still never got anything from them...

I received the same call. When I asked what it was about they said it was about a loan. I told them I have never received a loan but since the recording says they are putting a restraining order on me, I said go ahead and put it that way you cant come within feet of me and that includes anywhere I am. I proceeded to say.....send me the court papers.....i hope you know where I live....and im gonna show them to my dad......when he said y u gonna show it to your dad, I answered cause his a lawyer and he can tell me if the papers are legit..... Lol.....he hung up.

I freaking love it. I have to pull one of those.

They did not leave a company name and said me or my attorney had 4 hours to contact them for complaint filed against me. Including a restraining order. Otherwise they would contact my employment. That would be difficult since I'm disabled.

Just got a call from this number to call within 4 hours or they will come get my husband I called back man hung up on me I called again got a recording no one is available then hang up

I am receiving calls from this number at work and on my cell have no idea who it is from are what it is about.said I had to respond within 4 hours

call saying something about a restraining order and a call back and forth hours so when I called them back they said I got a payday loan for a thousand dollars but they wouldn't tell me who it was from what bank it went into you and then they hung up on me three different timesthen when I call them back for the 4th time after telling them that I thought it was a scam they said they had no record of my name being in there
