They have called me already 3x today, with the last waking me up at 1:30am. All 3x they left a message, "I'm sorry I didn't catch that please re-enter your activation code. This is obviously a scam of some type and per other callers I won't pick up the call.

Good gosh, everyone calm down! When you set up Google Voice, they make a confirm call to the # you provided to forward your GV # to. This 202# appears as the inbound #. That is it.
