Same call from these people. They called my sister. I supposedly got a payday loan back in 2011 and they haven't been able to reach me til now. Will be a summons if I don't pay. All bull but they did have my ss# correct and the name of the bank I used back then. Really scary

Same thing for me. They called from 855-808-0414, Cambodia and 207-710-0712, Maine. I am pretty sure if I was under arrest for fraud they wouldn't be calling me from Cambodia. They also called my 87 year old mother and left her the same message. Even though I know I didn't do anything it still scared me for a second. I am so thankful that you have all posted your experiences on here so I am aware that this is a sham.

207-710-0712 they have called 5 times in the last few days. Called back yesterday and left on hold. Today called back got a carlos, i told him i didn't owe anything it was paid and the statue of limitations has come and passed. He told me to bring my paper work and that i sounded like a professor debitor, and hung up on me. I called back told the girl that answered to tell carlos, i will meet him at the sheriffs office because they serve the papers in our county where i have filled harassment charges against them and contacted the att. Received my first call today from 207-710-0712. It scared me at first, so I quickly looked up the number on my computer, because I had heard about telephone scams. Im thankful others have reported this problem. My caller ID listed the call as Biddeford, ME .

This number keeps calling my cell and now my husbands, up to 3 times a day. Called back numerous times and stay on hold. They leave same message every time, we will have 2 charges for fraud served on us in the county we live in...

Same message...different phone number this time is the 207-710-0712.

They call everyday around using my last name from 20 years ago in a different in a different state. I have never broken any law. But how would they get my number which is listed under my current married name? It is a recorded msg stating that there atr two charges of fraud attached to my name and social security number!!!!!!!! How do I stop this crap short of changing my number. My husband is a disabled vet and I am a disabled senior could they be targeting us seniors??

This is most definately a scam, if they call you just block them. This scared the crap out of me, so if you get the call, dont worry, it is fake. They called me from maine.

I have been getting these same calls for months. They are also calling my husband with the similar comments about me. He is upset about the whole matter. They state I have fraud on my name or SS# and will serve me at home or work. The whole process is getting very old. Why can't the legal system go after this group.
