extremely rude and combative, and i was being polite!!!! how unprofessional, and how stupid of the company to have those people as their representation...i wonder if anyone pays when treated that way? i know i wont. awful people.
My father had an emergency pacemaker put in and racked up bills over $35,000... The hospital knows this and knows that he submitted paperwork for financial help since he can no longer work due to the pacemaker. Still sent this to collections... When they called he told them he was waiting to hear back from the hospital and from medicaid since he applied for both. The lady said they were going to start paperwork to garnish his property. He said, go ahead, and hung up...Trying to collect with illegal tactics... i'll be the next one to answer the phone... I bet they will never call back.

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.
