Called and left a voicemail on my cell phone. I personally have no medical debts. The name they gave as whom they were calling was my mother (who had brain surgery about 3 years ago). They said she needed to call back immediately to, and I quote, "stop any further action and resolve this on a voluntary basis." The tone of voice was extremely hostile. All of her medical bills for said procedures have been paid in full via the insurance provider. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number because I know my mother's name has NEVER been associated with it. My father is currently consulting his lawyer on how to proceed against them.

Normally when you have any type of emergency room visit or even a doctor's visit, you won't just receive bills from the doctor that is physically there. Any xrays? That doctor will bill you... Any blood work? That doctor will bill you. Etc etc

Yeah because they should have everyone's dinner schedules memorized lol

1-216-382-5624 (Montgoomery Lynch Assoc) caller Id says Ohio call, I answered the phone they would not identify who they were, I them to stop calling my number and hung up. They called back 5 more times would not stop calling. That is one of their professional harassment tactics.

Debt collection for medical bills. I'm on a payment plan with the hospital so no idea which doctor/lab/service is trying to collect. Last time I got sent to collections, it was for $1.75. What a crummy, low-life profession. Doesn't matter. Number is now blocked. If it's that important, they can send me a letter.
