Made an unauthorized with drawl from my checking acct. I agreed to a $58 payment one month and they took without my knowing or authorization because they had my card number still in their systems, $268.00!!!! I had my bank give me a new card and disputed the amount through my bank!! Unprofessional and in my book....theft.......DO NOT Make the same mistake I did and give your debit card number over the phone to them or anyone else!!! They will not get anymore out of me!!!!

Just called an said he was a lawyer and would proceed to court. That's fine, he'll need to bring all the doctors that I never saw who bill me for visits I never had. Paid over 28,000. to Mt. Carmel but inpatient services billing is for their doctors who did not see me for all the visits they charged me for. My doctor was there and was paid. Hopefully they can pull all these guys who billed me out of their office for the day.

Why do we let people like this violate the Fair Debt Collection Act and do nothing. I today sent them a certified letter, with copies to the State Attorney General's office and to the Federal Trade Commission. My bill was paid to a medical provider months ago and the account balance is zero but they keep calling my home and sending mail because they refuse to check with their client. I have advised them in writing once before to stop the communications but they continue. We need someone to enforce the laws!

My bill has been paid by my Insurance to the provider. The provider has notified them several times of the bill being paid in full yet they still keep trying to extort $$$$. I am in touch with a lawyer to see how to proceed against them

Just received a call from these people and did not answer. They called during family dinner time which was unprofessional and rude. Went to look up the number and was directed here. We have no debts. BEWARE.

They are calling me for medical bills for when a hospital infected me with MRSA during minor surgery; It took 3 years out of my life an almost killed me. As far as i am concerned they can eat those bill.
