I got the call today. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Cray-zee...

I keep finding missed calls from this number on my cell phone. No message Same here.... It is so annoying

I have never answered this caller, but did tonight. A female voice talked through loud static. She was unintelligible. I told her to call back and she kept talking. This is very unnerving. I called Bank of America and they would NOT verify if this number is one they generate calls from or not.

Called my home twice last few days during day time - refuse to leave any messages on answering machine. Telemarketing? - my phone is on the do-not-call list.

I have also received calls from FIA at 469-201-7025. I have never answered but I recieve a recorded message regarding an unpaid bill but I have none. I believe this is a scam to obtain info for identify fraud

when I answered phone, a foreign woman asked to speak to me. As I proceeded to tell her to remove my number from her calling list, she hung up before I could finish my sentence.

I got the call as well. They asked for my husband and when I said he was at work, they hung up. It is absolutely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I did call the number back that appeared on the caller ID and it was FIS. I asked to be removed from the list. They honored my request and offered an apology. I told them if they simply utilized proper manners, I would have bee happy to listen to the caller and possibly acknowledge their request. I am a small business owner that works from a home office. This was not acceptable.

Got another one today. Sounded like same woman. Used my whistle again. Hopefully, she had the phone receiver on her other ear. As a member of National Do Not Call Registry, I've reported this number many, many times but they still keep calling.

We get these calls but they're not from BOA. All our accounts are serviced out of a certain department and we know our agent's name. No matter what BOA number we call, the call is re-routed to to this specific department and those folks are too busy (and professional) to make cold calls.

Called at 8:45 PM last night. I did not answer. No message left. Have read comments on this and other sites that say this is a scam and that they want your SSN and/or cc number. Fahgeddaboudit. If they call again, I will answer and tell them I am reporting them to the FCC. I am on both the state and federal Do Not Call lists.
