when this number calls,answer with "hello f.b.i ,fraud division " and they will never call back
I'm glad Joe made his post as it confirmed to me that this isn't someone that I want to talk to...Nice try Joe....Soooooooo....I programmed the number into our Caller ID Manager and we won't be hearin from Joe No Mo...BTW..I've posted many times about the Caller ID Manager but recently I discovered that they have been "discountiued"..Rumor has it that they sold out and are waiting for the new model to come out...You might be able to find one on e-bay...Either way, they're worth every bit of $100 and we block folks like Joe about 1000 times a year..They can't ring our phone (and neither does unavailable, unknown, out of area, or private numbers,and 800 numbers (800,888,877,866) either......Life is good
I got the call last night and didn't answer. I called back this morning and got a "card services" phone tree. It said "if you received a call from us it was for services reasons and was not a sales attempt," then indicated that I should hold for a specialist. After a moment it said to hold again, this time for an "application specialist." I didn't apply for anything so I'm not sure what this application specialist and I would discuss. I hung up.
Call about twice a day and never leave a message. Just plain annoying!! I have tried ignoring the calls and answering and hanging up. They are just persistent. Again, I, too, am on the Do Not Call Lists. Are they of no value?? It sure would seem that way.
I got this call from 216 545-8326 witht he text OHIO saying they were from Bank Of America and wanted to speak to my wife. I asked what it was in reference to and they said it was a courtesy call. I told them NO and hung up. I then sent an email to my Bank of America (where we have an account) and they said there is no such number in Bank Of America. Next time you get a call from this number - or any telemarketer - tell them to FU*K OFF and hang up.
