At what point do these idiots get access to your information? I got a few of these calls and was stringing the guy along just to see what he would ask me to do, and I'm worried I went to far. He told me to hold the "windows" key and hit "r" and type "assoc" in the blank box. I did that just to see if the CSID number he had matched mine. It did, but then he wanted me to go to the control panel and do some other stuff. That's when I told him not to call back and that I knew it was a scam, but now worried that typing "assoc" into the run box infected my computer. Anyone know at what point your computer becomes infected? Don't want these a-holes getting my info...
Have gotten several calls on my cell phone from this number. I have NOT answered the calls. I blocked it on my cell phone.
Received 2 calls from this number. This person from India or that origin wanted to fix my Windows issue that has been going on for 2 weeks. He said he was getting a report that showed the errors and he could help fix it before my computer crashes. When I started asking who he was and what company he started to get a little upset. Told him I will take care of it and he said don't call us if it crashes. I said I will when it does. Scammers.
Whomever this person is, is very annoying. They call about 3-4 x's a day. Please help.

I got a call from this number the man said he was was from a personal computer company and his name was ethan he got very upset and threatened to call me every hour I hung up twice now.
Some Indian sounding person who wanted to check my computer for the TWRI virus. Checked the application and system tabs in event viewer for little red X's and yellow warning signs. Put me through to 2 people and when it got time for the third I told them I had my own IS team who could take care of any supposed virus as I was on a hardwired VPN. They hung up. What a load of crap.

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
