Received multiple calls. Answered once and no one was there. Never leave a message either.
everyone that says this is legit is part of the scam/fraud-if they were a true collections agency-they would have your information-Balance owed/account number/ days outstanding. My balance is ZERO. no reason to ask for a SS number over the phone.... they would contact you by MAIL. not phone.
Maybe someone applied for a card and accidentally, or purposely put the wrong number which happened to be your number. You should call Kohls and let them know they have a wrong number so they will stop calling you.
Yes automated call. They told me to call and pay my bill. I do have a kohls account but it wasn't overdue/ past due.
If Kohls is such an honest company, why don't they abide by the Law and display their names on the caller identily like any honest company would do??Breaking the Law is not an action of an HONEST Company!!
Received a call on home phone at 12:15 pm (mountain time) today (July 10,2012) with an automated MSG saying it was Kohl's calling about my accnt to be sure it is secure, asked me to enter last 4 digits of my SS$, in which I did that said I had a past balance due, and gave me an amt. I complied when my husband told me after the fact that the # is a scam.
I get 2-3 calls the last few days even on Christmas I have no outstanding balance on Kohls. I looked it up If I buy something I pay a t off that same month could be someone fishing for info
