I keep getting calls from 626-246-0703 and they want to lower my credit card interest. When I tell them to stop calling me, they yell, say something dirty, and hang up on me. When I try to call back, there is no such listing or the party can't be reached. How do we stop these unwanted calls? I've had two in the last three hours.
I'm getting call after call from this number. I rarely get a voice mail, when I do it is an incomplete message stating "dial 555 thank you".
Dont know 262 703 1977. If it is Kohls? Why dont they leave a message? I never should have opened account with Kohls. Their customer service is a joke. And they haress customers even when bills are paid. Terrible

Well when I called them back they insisted I give them my last 4 digits of my SSN and my birth date.I refused and will have to figure out what is wrong without giving out my personal info.
starting getting calls from this.. didn't answer the first time and did a phone number lookup and found this thread... has been calling early in the morning and late at night..not the normal telemarketing hours. Answered it today but didn't say anything..other side was silent for 30 seconds before they disconnected

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
