same email from craigslist maria emailed me about some things i was selling i smelled bull $hit from the start

Same email received off of a craigslist post today from Janet Cole [janeticole@wikizplc.com]

I GOT THE SAME - FROM MARIA- AND just on a whim googled her number...she wanted to buy a sleigh bed from me and ship to chicago- HELL NO. cash or pay pal only....wow.

Do I just rip up the check I got from "Janet Cole"???

I received the same email from "Mari or Maria" Scott. mari_scott290@yahoo.com - I hope he or she gets sent to prison OR gets gets their a$$ kicked!

I got the same email. Response to a Craiglist posting. I was suspicious when I got the first email and looked up the Area Code of the number give and I am also am no where near Maryland. I got the second note say will send a check. No Way!!

I got the exact same email, only "she" said she would be sending a check via fed ex for the amount plus the mover's fee. That would be a neat trick since i had not given her an address to send a check to... LOL!I smelled a scam, so I googled the email address & found this thread (among MANY others).I replied back to "Eva" and told her the gig was up and that I was reporting her to the authorities. :)

She wanted to buy my brand new 3 1/2 ton a/c unit too. I put local pick up only, can not ship, so was alerted at the area code as well.Hello, do you still have this? When can I come check it out?
