Another one says "wireless caller" from this 303-249-9700. Must be a scam, not a number I'm familiar with. They so need to get a life.
Got a call with a recorded message from Card Member Services. I get these calls often. When I have followed instructions to speak to someone in the past, as soon as I started to tell them to stop calling they hang up on me.
Don't bother changing your phone #, they use programs that scan all phone # databases (i.e. white pages, yellow pages, etc...) so even if you get a new number they will eventually call you. They have even called the director of the FTC at his home residence several times so do know that nobody is immune to this. The only way to stop them is to not answer or get rid of all phones completely-we all know that isnt going to happen. Also, as mentioned before, their phone lines have been traced to Africa, the Carribean, Europe & India/Asia so US law enforcement won't/can't do anything about it. Just think of them as bugs-you can spray and kill them but they will keep coming back, just try to avoid them.
I'm really tired of getting calls from 303-249-9700. I have three in the last three days. I don't answer because I never answer number I don't recognize. They never leave a message.
Wont quit calling me either, many different #s but the 303 has been prevelant recently....sucks
I think these Bozos are going under. The last 15 or 20 times they called this week so far, all I get is a busy signal when I press 1 to have my identity stolen, LOL. Drat, I love playing with them and getting their employee to start cussing me out -- one more criminal dead of a heart attack, I hope.
