Doesn't your calls go to voice mail if not answered? That validates that your phone is a working number. Besides, they use a predictive dialer so whether you answer or not doesn't matter. NOW, if you answer and waste their time you have a much better chance of getting on their own do-not-call list. THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO PEOPLE WHO WASTE THEIR TIME.

Been getting about 3 calls a week, from this number and several others. I just reject them now.

This number has been calling me and I wish to report there annoying calls

AT&T is not the problem. The number you see as calling you is NOT the real number. It is randomly generated by the mutts doing the robot calling. What you fail to grasp is that there are computer programs which allow a caller to have ANY number show up as the calling the number. Which means the number you see on your caller ID is NOT the number calling you. So ragging on AT&T is pointless. It is not necessarily a customer of theirs doing this. Most of these calls are also internet based (like MagicJack) which also adds to the difficulty in tracing the calls. add these factores togther and you will understand why the DNC lsit is useless here.

When I asked how to stop the calls, they hung up on me. When I called back it says the mailbox is full.

I just got a call from that number no one answered, so I called them back and only got someone's voicemail. Even if you don't have any debt, they will call, they get your number from companies that sell them...when you give your number to anyone, like a store or company, they sell it, so if you want to end these calls, don't give out your number.

I've been getting these calls also everyday from 303 249 9700. When I answer it is an automated voice indicating to press one to speak with a representative. When I press one I tell them I'm not interested and they hang up and sometimes I hear laughing in the background but no one speaks up. I just received another call about a half hour ago and when I answered the phone hung up. I tried calling the number back and there is a mans voice garbled on the voice mail. You cannot leave a message because the voice mail is always full. I reported this " SCAM" now I will see what happens. I will be following this and will not stop until something is done. These calls are at least twice a day now.

These guys are ridic. Constantly calling, and gods forbid you ask for a name. They hang up. Try to call them back and it goes straight to a cell phone's voice mail./
