I am on the national and state Do NotCall lists and I also have no subscriptions to anything, so it does not sound to me like Aspen follows all the rules and laws.

3037869500 this number calls me often. It is annoying.

Received a call asking me to participate in a survey about the financial institutions I use. First question; what is your age? At this point I hung up. I smell a fishing scam to steal bank info from the unwary. My rule is to never give out personal info unless I started the call

Number keeps calling, caller i.d. says Aspen Media. Unsolicited call, magazines

Got a call from this number today (3/19/2016) at around 1 PM. Caller ID showed "Out of area 1-303-786-9500". I never answer calls with CID showing "Out of area". I always let those calls roll thru to voice mail. These guys left no message, which (as far as I'm concerned) means that I don't want to talk to them. Added their number to my phone's Call Block List today. Problem solved.

Topical Research called for "market research" questions. They appeared to be doing a poll and claimed not to be affiliated with any party or political candidate or PAC. When I asked, the representative stated he worked in a call center that handled a variety of issues. However, they were unable to answer who supplied their contract, even when I asked to be placed on hold so he could talk with his supervisor

Called at 9pm to claim they were with the Idaho State Board of Education and looking to speak with Ethan. I said "there's no Ethan at this number" and she asked me if his parents were available. Yeah, definitely trippy so I called back to ask what the hell was State Board of Education calling someone at 9pm for and find out it is all bs.

They still won't stop despite asking them to remove our numbers at least 10 or 12 times. I can see I have posted here several times under just this number.

This number called our landline. I picked up after the second ring and there was nothing.

I really don't care how "legitimate" they are. Why would I want to take my time to talk to them at 7:45 PM? Or ever?Just because a call isn't technically illegal doesn't make it welcome. Fortunately my phone company is OOMA, so that number is now blocked.
