Block this number if you can! Received four calls in two days from this number, one of those times at nearly 9 PM. Unacceptable! I finally answered just to ask that they stop calling me. I noted that I'm on the Do Not Call list, to which the telemarketer made some excuse about being a survey call... I again noted that I wanted to be removed and hung up.
If Aspen Media were a legitimate telemarketer, they would abide by the National Do Not Call List. I'm on that list, but I'm getting their unsolicited calls, FOR WHICH Aspen Media and I have no business relationship. Therefore, their calls are illegal, undesired, and illegitimate.Your line about "many of our subscribers PREFER it" is a total crock!
I read in a much earlier post that if you can 303-381-8483, you will get "Matt" who is a VP, I believe. I got through on the first or second ring, he took my number and added it to the "do not call" list. We'll see, but at least I got a real person.
Aspen Media continues to harass and call. Telling them to remove from call list has zero effect. A poor way to do business
