Funny. This number is the same number from Kenneth D. Brown who calls and says my computer is sending a message that there is a problem. It is a man with an Indian accent. I, too, have blocked this number.

So I got the call this morning from an Indian sounding person. He told me he was calling to help me with my computer problems and I said "I can't believe people still fall for this". He said F**K you twice! I reminded him that was not very nice. I wish I didn't need a home phone for my job...

Just received a call saying my computer had a virus and they could fix it for me. I told them my pc was fine and hung up.

Several calls fm this # lately. I didn't ans until today. Guy with heavy accent said he was fm Windows and was calling about problems with my PC. I told him I didn't have a PC and he hung up.

Kenneth just called me! I wish I could have gotten to the phone sooner but he hung up after 2 rings. :'( He called a couple of weeks ago and we had a nice little conversation. I told him 3 or 4 times I couldn't understand him and and he read his script each time, exactly the way he read it the first time. "Hello. I am calling from Microsoft....." Every single time, "Hello....." LOLI kept him on the phone a little longer pretending to do what he asked, asking him to repeat himself over and over making him think he had a fish on the line. When he was going in for the kill, I said "OH! You're from Microsoft! I didn't understand you. I have a MAC! He asked me if I'm sure and when I said yes he hung up.See the thing is, for them time is money. Try to keep them on the line as long as you can. As long as they're on the phone they can't make another call so their losing money. The fewer the calls, they less they get paid. So if you've got the time to dick around with them, keep 'em talking!Next time I'm going to ask him to hang on for a second, then make him wait. I'll do that for as long as I can keep him on the phone. LOLOLOL Good times, good times.

Kenneth Brown aka technical Support Service Supervisor Chris Evasn (with a wicked Indian/English accent), claimed to want to help me with "errors we are receiving from your personal computer"... I let them think they are helping me, taking up their time with dumb questions, etc. Obviously I pissed them off, waste their time and helpfully stop them for actually connecting with someone they can harm. At the end of the phone call this Chris Evan Supervisor, told me he didn't care that I was a computer programmer, that he was smarter then me and what did I want a bottle of vodka to celebrate? Really dudes, put this much effort into working legit and you'll be a millionaire!

Oh my. I just got one of these calls on my cell. Woman claimed she was from the computer maintenance department of my company. I laughed at her, said "No, you're not" and hung up. Because ** I AM ** the computer maintenance department of my company. I wish I'd thought to string her along for a while but I couldn't help but laugh at her.
