Just got a call from 315-939-1963, caller ID showed: Service Call - Asked to speak with my husband new his name, about renewing our auto warranty (on an 11 year old vehicle?) then asked if the vehicle was still registered and owned by us. This guy knew the year, the make and the model. I told him he "had way too much information", then I asked if the call was being recorded and he immediately hung up - BEWARE.
Got this call today telling us our extended warranty was expiring on our minivan. Asked about mileage which both my husband and I could not remember. When asked if we wanted to buy another extended policy my husband asked what company was calling, the person hung up.
recevied call from 315-939-1963 on 7 Sept at 10:52 am. -- - asking for my husband by his first name. When I asked who was calling the female said "Auto Processing" She again asked for my husband. When I asked what it was about, she replied in a very rude tone "I'm not going to divulge any information until I know who I am talking to". My reply "This is his wife [***]. Take this number off your calling list.
I just got a call from that number and when I called my phone company they have no listing for that number.
These [***] clowns call about 4 times a day.. The machine either gets them where they hang up, or I'll answer and just breathe until they hang up. Like most others, I am on the Do Not Call list.. and like others that list provides no help for these annoyances.
Ugh, these guys are REALLY pissing me off now. They never give up! I've just filed my SECOND complaint on them with the FTC. My next step will be to pursue legal action...or send a few of my biker friends out to their offices, hehe...
caller ID said Service Call. I picked it up because I was having trouble with my UVerse and thought it was the repair guy. A guy said he was from the auto processing department and asked me if I owned my van and seriously asked me if I had been receiving his final notices about the warranty expiring on the van. He said they had sent 4 final notices. I laughed and hung up. Shouldn't a final notice only be sent one time?

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.
