Received a call from 330-836-7919 on 03/18/2017 at 10:01 AM, the CNAM read as "Unavailable." This appears to be a spoofed telephone number, the Indian call center is falsely posing as Microsoft Tech Support.

Thay called me at 9:51 I made her so mad that she told me to shut up

We get at least one call a day from those scamming low-lifes. Usually "Steve" or "Brian", but "Jennifer" called once. Wastes of skin! It's very satisfying to just pick up the phone receiver and put it right back down again. Maybe I'll try a a loud whistle....

Scam this a spoof number they use call your phone company and block all spoof numbers. If u don't want a spoof number is Google it. Please do not fall for this scam and warn others about post it on face book by mouth even let your town mayor now about these scams.

Just got a call from this number (caller ID said Amy Murphy). Let the call go to the answering machine, no message left.

Rcvd call at 12:28 PM phone said Ann Murphy, however, it was a foreign man's voice on the other end. First words out of his mouth was taking control of my computer, I said NO you aren't, this is a scam, go to H___, goodbye and hung up! Yes, I was duped once that way and then called HP and they said it was a scam and I was lucky no bad viruses were on my PC. He cleaned it and put blocks in there. They are the only ones I authorize as I call them. Yes, they have American voices. I get these calls periodically and tell them all the same thing.

call from unknown name 330-836-7919 on 10/13/16 11:11 a.m. woman saying Microsoft/windows representative to inform me of multiple viruses affecting my computer (told her my computer just came out of being serviced & I didn't think I had any issues) wanted me to access certain screens to show me the viruses - told her I would get back w/them later I would determine this is a "SCAM"

Same call-East Indian male accent -"calling about my computer, ok?"

Again rcvd call from this number and today it says 'UNKNOWN CALLER', same man, same voice, when he said that he needed to take control of my computer, I said no you aren't as you are a scammer, he hung up! This is a SCAM, do not be fooled by them!!!!!
