You are going to receive zippo from these clowns.They are on their way out. Slowly but surely. The new line of crap is the same as the old line of crap.Rob (the puke) Selfors is a creep and a weasel. They have now entered into the area of federal bank fraud and fraud in general.When the customers have to pay the subs because Selfors is a thief and a known thief there is something very wrong.I cant wait until this clown is down and out of business just like the loyal subs he screwed over right before Christmas and kept everyone hanging on with those bogas conference calls acting like everything is going to be okay only to stick it so far up our butts it still hurts. If i was a violent man Selfors would not be able to walk.He claims to be a christian and follows jesus. but all he and his forehead challanged wife do is hide behind him.creeps

KITCHEN CAROLINA SUCKS AND WONT RECEIVE THEIR LAST PAYMENT FROM ME! I TOOK ON THIS PROJECT WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS DEPLOYED TO AFGHANISTAN AND AS IF BEING WITHOUT HIM WASNT BAD ENOUGH, KITCHEN CAROLINA LEFT ME WITHOUT A KITCHEN SINK FOR 3 MONTHES! WE HAVE FOUR CHILDREN AND I WAS HAVING TO DO DISHES IN THE BATHTUB! FINALLY I HAD TO HIRE PLUMBERS ON MY OWN AND THAT WAS NOT THE END OF IT! 1. The only first and foremost reason why this company is in business is, they target uneducated consumers. I have been in the construction business for over 20 years, seen and done it all. A great salesman + naive consumer = lots of profit. If you know what i mean with that don't read on. After the initial sale the second reason why this company is still in business, is a number of sub contractors which still care, try to get the job done good and fast to get paid for the work done just a quickly as it was performed. The pay itself is not fair, but what is in these hard economic times. They have jobs and hungry craftsmen will do about anything to survive these days. Shame on anyone taking advantage of this. Back to KC. They must have sifted through sub's like I have never seen it before. The bad ones are easy to get rid of but likely cost them a lot of reputation, and very bad management on their end misses/looses most of the good workforce available to them. This is mostly due to the min. wage workforce in their office and the lack of experiance dealing with quality subs. the company claims to employ 50+ plus people in their Graham, NC headquarter. Everyone I have spoken too are nice, but unfortunately has no clue about the construction and cabinet business and what is going on within their company itself. The last is likely an understatement. Extremely bad communication and slow call returns plus a different person to deal with every time. Again i have to refer to the combination uneducated customer and good salesman.... The pitch is selling the lowest end quality available, up sell on low end accessories for highly overpriced numbers and all that is than figured in a package deal. As for sub's the company pay's but takes their time, if you are good you will know what you go into after the first job, if you stick working for them, than deal with what comes along with it and don't complain. As for consumers, beware !!! The cabinetry (most cases) is the lowest end product line from Armstrong i have ever worked with. Armstrong cabinetry is not one of the best kitchen cabinet manufactures to begin with, but the stuff i dealt with is by any means not worth what customers pay for. Pay close attention to a small print on KC's web site: Our Armstrong cabinets are Made in USA. 95.1% of wood used in Armstrong products is harvested in the US or Canada : 95% of what i have seen are not even native species to our country. I hope this information does not come directly from Armstrong, because considering the size of that outfit, it would mean very bad marketing on their end.... Tile, Hardwood, electrical and plumbing on most of KC's standard jobs is not a big deal, as most of the projects are remodels not involving any major structual work. The consumer will find themselves quickly in the position where they have to coordinate their own project, which is a big part of what they are paying KC for. Recent job posting for Project Manager/Installation Coordinators state a 12.50m starting pay, with the note that good ones make up to 20 and hour. a good project/installation manager makes 80 to 125 k per year at a min. It involves complete oversight of all the projects and multiple job site visits and final walk through of the assigned job's. I can't recall having seen a project manager on site once....however, i would not accuse this company of scamming people. Weather some of the practices are ethical or not, i leave this to every individuals judgement.....i would love to read about some honest reviews from real customers. i would find this very interesting.....

I have 2 sons in the military ,ones a marine whos deployed right now in afghanistan and has done 2 other tours one in afghanistan and other in iraq. My other son is air force and flys . But regardless of that what does any military have to do with the screwing that homeowners and contractors are getting by this THEIF rob selfors? Where does the military play a part in this? Is it that you want sympathy from people so they'll hire you to finish there cabinets for them? It kind of reminds me of this economy, 3 years ago you couldn't hire a good carpenter for 17 to 20 dollars an hour,with todays economy those same carpenters are being asked to take 10 dollars an hour because a company wants to exploit them because they can't find work. It kind of reminds me of what your trying to do, trying to take advantage of the homeowners who have been exploited by KC . Then talking about your injury as a marine in Saudi. Whats that got to do with anything? except get sympathy and maybe a few jobs from here. Which by the way you have posted several times on here about hiring you . Like i said i know several good installers who are out of work and have been screwed by KC for large sums of money. You may not like what I'm saying here but its what im getting out of what your saying.

Im in the process of talking to the Attorney General and depending on how this week goes, depends on if i file or not. Sub contractors showed up with no tools to what they were hired to do and did a horrible job.
