Rob told me that he has found an investor and he has been informed to file for bankruptcy and reopen under a new name with the new "investor" emulating everything that KC did from the beginning ie.GE credit,Armstrong etc...so if they owe you money you need to get it and if your a homeowner that still owes them it's a good chance they are going to take your money and screw over any sub that has worked and is owed. Don't let this slob get away with it..Home Owners hold your money until all your subs are paid and get a lien release from them personally. Nick

this is to the contractor who is upset. What kind of work were you doing for them? How come he isn't paying you?

Did you do acceptiable work? Good luck with your lein. I have a good lawyer that knows the law better than some uneduicated laborer. You got screwed like the rest of us go after the one that screwed you. Don't add to other peoples problems. Hope you are one of the guys that made a mess here because I will have you paying a real contractor to fix it.

a woman by the name of Linda Matthews gave me a call last week and explained that within the last few weeks 2 complaints had been submitted. i have yet to file because the have picked up pace on work..... i have been without a kitchen awhile now.....the expenses of feeding a family of 4....almost 90 bucks a day....

I was one of thee best they had --they all love me --- never a call back and never a complaint. Ifr u think u know the law so well contractor can put a lein with no problem -- lawyer may have a harder time ,cause they filed bankrupt

I am a consumer and I am in the same boat as honest customer #1. I am still without a kitchen and my contract end date has passed. Rob has zero customer service skills and his "team" is incapable of managing a project. We are having to coordinate our own project that we are paying them to complete.

well let me tell you, i googled kitchen carolina scam and dealer staff scam and i have read for like 6 hours alot of complaints, and yes it's tru it is a scam!!!!! i installed 2 jobs for them and only got paid like half of the money, so i started sending emails, also phone calls and left messages and nothing no response, also everytime i call i get someone new, so i filed a claim in small claims court, you know is it sad that everytime i go to the office there is a whole bunch of people filling up applications, this scammers are taking advantage of this hard times but i will do my best to stop them!!!!!!
