I am also in Canada, New Brunswick, so it seems that no province escapes this fiasco.I just got a call from this number but hung up after being asked to select #1 to speak to an agent who would tell me how to get a lower interest rate on my credit card or select #3 to be taken off their list. Who are these people? I assume it is a scam of some kind. I tried to call them back but the line rings busy - surprise, surprise. Glad to know that this source of info is available here online.Thanks to everyone for your input,jd

Just got a call from 386-233-3694. I am on the National Do not Call list here in Canada, so it has reduced a lot of unwanted calls. I wish the U.S. had a simiilar system that Canadians could use!

number 1-386-233-3694 phoned me a scam about visa giving a better rate if i give them my visa card number but the credit cards and banks never phone it is a big scam in canada they even call the old folks homes how bad is that. I usually can block them all. every so often one slips by.

The owner of the phone number should get death penalty. I think is still legal in Florida. Why American waist money to SCAM Canadian citizen?Probably because Scamming and Hacking people is legal over there, liberty they said!
