Just cast a call from this number I did not answer it. If I don't know who is calling I don't answer. Let them leave a message on the recorder. Guess what? Scammers usually don't. Beware of all these scammers phone calls and emails too. How many of us have won millions? Ya right!
Called, left no VM although my parents are in Florida...wasn't sure if they were calling from somewhere else. Won't answer from this number.
I just got the same call, from "credit card services, this is your last chance to lower your credit card interest rates, act now" or such. Received similar calls in the past, did follow through to see what their angle was, how they could reduce my fees. Not once did they say which credit card company they were calling for/from (I only have one card anyway). I asked how they'd reduce my charges - "by negotiating with my credit card company"! No doubt for a hefty fee and/or scamming my card account.Low life losers!

I got an automated call from 386-233-3694 today and I'm in Canada. It said I'd qualified for lower CCard interest rate.. and to press 1 if interested.Operator came on but soon felt it was a scam. When I asked the company name, they said 'Card Services'.When I asked if they even knew what kind of card I had, they said it didn't matter. When I said I wasn't interested in giving them my info they hung up instantly.
You can stop the calls and have the party fined. If you are in Canada and on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, keep track of when they call, day, time, etc. that they call. If you spoke w. someone keep notes, like, "I asked them to take me off the call list." You can then file a report if the calls continue and the caller will be fined. I had a onslaught of calls from WA, area code 360, with a person wanting to do a survey about "air quality" etc. I kept a log and then filed a report, after about 7 calls to my wife and I (all around dinner time) it reached the boiling point. (how many times do you have to say stop calling?) After the report was filed the calls suddenly stopped. I guess they understand fines.
