We keep receiving calls for refills from this number for someone who does not work here! I have tried to get in touch with someone from here, but there is no option. ED JONKO DOES NOT WORK HERE! STOP SENDING REMINDERS, AND LEAVING MESSAGES FOR THIS PERSON, AND PLEASE TAKE OUR NUMBER OFF YOUR CALL LIST!!!

They ought not to leave a message unless you have specifically given them permission to leave a message regarding your prescription providers at the number they have called. That's part of the HIPAA law. And I'll be that if you were not aware of this service, you have not found a way to enter it to give them permission to leave a message.

Received call on 12/19/15 @ 10:08am. Did not answer and voicemail that was left lasted about 2 seconds.

The call comes from a centralized automated system. It is more efficient/cheaper to make all calls come through from one system with one number than to use different numbers for each state or locality. My company operates a similar service, and this is standard business practice as services become more automated.

If this service is not associated with Walgreens, 1) How did they get all the details regarding my prescriptions that only Walgreens should have? and 2) Why does it work so well to cause my prescriptions to appear at my local Walgreens store to pick up at the appointed time and place without me doing anything other than responding to the prompts on this system?n

I have prescriptions with Walgreens set up on Auto Refill and this is Walgreens autofill. Verified it with their Corporate Office.
