They called me too... Saturday night! New York City!

Got a call on my cell phone on 9/8/07 at 8:03. They hung up either as I was answering or just after I answered. Either way I heard nothing. Did an internet search to find out who it was and found this site. Had no idea the calls were this wide spread.

Got the call...my caller ID said Nebraska and the number. I NEVER pick up any call that I do not recognize. Love caller ID. For those who get the call at the same time, just unplug your phone during those times. It is unfair that they can annoy us like those, even after we all signed up for the Do not call registry. I reported them three times already.

same as the rest, but this convergys corp is an intelligence gathering entity for the powers that be. really!! They are masked in legit companies but I can assure you they are gathering intell. so there is something that we all have in common. and they no this. this is not related to debt collection I assure you.

I received a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. A few days later they called again at 8pm. I happened to answer and they wanted to do a survy about a citi credit card. I was curious and let her ask some questions. She just wanted to know why I wasn't using the card and when I make major purchases, do I use a debit card or a credit card. It was all general questions. She did not ask for any specific information. I'm assuming Citi hires this company to do surveys for them so they can learn about their 'customers'.

Yes, I just got two calls in a row from this number. I live in Santa Barbara, CA and it's a Saturday night at 8:30p. Of course, they don't leave a message when I don't answer.

Just got a call from this number and the woman identified herself as "this is Citibank" and she asked for my son. My son has recently opened a Citibank account. My son didn't take the call as he wasn't home at the time but my suspicion was raised because normally Citibank phone caller I.D. states it as such: "Citicorp." The caller I.D. instead stated "Out of the Area" and this phone number.I called the number back and got a recording stating that it is Convergys Business Management Corporation. It appears the company represents many corporate clients and serves to gather information from the corporate client's customers so supposedly, the corporation can better serve the customer.So in effect, if Convergys states that it is the company it represents, it is mis-stating the fact. Convergys says it is that company in order to get you to stay with the call (i.e. not hang up) by recognizing the corporation you're already doing business with.

Called; left no message. Did a number search came up Omaha. Definitely I am not a Cigna customer nor have I made an inquiry - as per above statement
