I have received several calls from this number, I never answer, and the last one I received was Sunday at approximately 9:00 p.m. I have an unlisted number and am on a do not call list. I find this very annoying.
just got a call from this number also 402-491-2800 didn't leave a msg. on the answering machine showed up as Nebraska on the caller ID
Just received a call 11:00 am PST She claimed to be doing a survey for CitiBank as a customer service follow-up...Asked if I remembered a call made on Sept 6th to Citi customer service...I said I did not and she then apologized and was going to hang up when I asked her what the actual reason for calling...She said just a response on the quality of customer service I received...I said It has always been excellent and professional...She then thanked me for my time and hung up...
these people, like the seattle times, keep calling and leaving no messages. i've never called them, i have no idea who they are, and likewise with seattle times, they have no reason to call me. my number is unlisted and i am on the do-not-call list.
Got a call at 8:55 p.m. MDT. I don't answer from unknown callers and they didn't leave a message either. No caller ID, just phone number. The only commonality I see is PayPal as I haven't used them in a couple of years and they e-mail me frequently. I have excellent credit and pay my bills, so I'm sure that's not the problem. This is my cell phone and I've been on the Do Not Call list since it's inception.
Calls all hours of the day. Sometimes a week or two between calls, then several in one day. They never leave a message and my caller ID says "unknown caller" I don't answer these phone calls. My son did answer one time and there was no one there.
Convergys is a call quality company who's main purpose is to conduct a survey pertaining to customer service given by a certain company. I use to work in a call center in which my company hired Convergys to conduct surveys pertaining to my company to give us feedback from our customers in order to make improvements on the level of quality that my call center agents were supposed to be providing. I hope this helps.
I just received a call from this number and it was as someone else stated a survey. They are not trying to sell anything and they didn't ask for any personal information. For me the survey was in reference to a lost bag I had with United Airlines. The call took a total of maybe 5 minutes, speaking from experience of working for one of these companies in the past it is best to answer and either do the survey or tell them you wish not to participate.Not answering will keep your # in the system and they will keep calling back for up to 60 days (from my previous work experience) and the computer will randomly bring up your number at different times/days until you answer.
