Called on 1/27/15. Caller was from Gallup Organization with specific customer service questions about my bank. Caller was polite and professional. Took about 10 minutes.

They have called every night this week during dinner. I prefer to enjoy my evening meal rather than answer a bunch of questions. I guess they much highly value my opinion, as they keep calling.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
