This number keeps calling me, nearly every day and is obviously a telemarketer.

I was called also....I asked polietly to never be called again and the interviewer was very poliet. I never received another call. Its important to remember these are people just like you and I on the other end. They didn't write these polls and doing surveys is the way they make a living. Gallup is a very reputable and sucessful organization and the surveys the do are very legitimate. If you are very upset or worried your phone number will be called again ask to speak to a manager to put your mind at ease.

Do not call any number with my name on it

Received a call every day for the last 5 days from this number. They leave no message and show no caller ID.Have not talked to them yet but the more calls that I get will result in a relatively stronger admonishment when I do.

Not the point, They shouldn't call at all. Do you how many times I asked to have a number removed and it wasn't? I don't do it anymore.

No call registry/list does not work! This annoying company has been calling my landline, daily, Reported !!!t

They are a BILL COLLECTION agency. Not the real Gallop Poll.See Messages above for 21Sept2010 and 24Sept2010.They are a bill collection agency hiding behind a false front of a survey to get info on you or the person they think you know who they are looking for. For example: say they are looking for your daughter and you tell them there are two people in your household(yourself and your daughter)... catch on? Or they are doing a survey for a bank and you admit your accounts are there.... guess what, they can now check on your bank accounts for bill collecting purposes. And on and on. Don't answer the phone or return the calls.

Keep getting these calls at dinner time from 402-952-4444:

I read the messages left here going back to August. People say that it's a survey for their bank; Wells Fargo, PNC, Citibank, are all mentioned but I don't have accounts at those banks. Someone else thinks it's because they switched cell providers-that's not me either. Another person mentioned Home Depot, I did buy an appliance from them. Gallup has called twice this week but I'm not going to answer!
