I get a call on my cell phone every day at the same time from these jerks. I pay for my minutes. My phone is for my use not an advertising tool for others. Now I look to see who's calling. I am on the No Call Registry, but I continue to get calles, not only on my home phone but now my cell as well. They want to use my phone, they should pay the phone bill.

They are a collection agency under a guise of a false Polling phone id. They are trying to get info on you or someone they think you know about to collect on a bad debt they purchased for pennies on the dollar from the 'septic tank of bad debts'. Go to the messages of pages 30+ . Do those comments sound like a legitimate survey call. DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND DO NOT SAY ANYTHING.... these collection agencies use voice recognition and personality profile software. They can even record your conversations when your call is rerouted behind the scene to a state like Oregon which allows recording of conversations.

They just called after 8 pm with "out of area" on caller ID. If they are legitimately taking a survey their name should show on caller ID and they shouldn't be calling that late. They left no message. Calling that late is borderline harassment.

And the spamming telemarketer speaks. Hey Telemarketer, post your home phone number here. As you say, it should be no problem. But something tells me you won't do it. :)

I just got a call from this number stating this was PNCBank, but then they said it was another bank. They refused to leave a message. I called the number back, and it said it was from the Gallup poll. It seems strange they would lie about who they were.

Bill Collectors are calling you. It is not the real Gallup Poll but a fake call id using INC instead if Gallup Poll Corp. Do you work for the collection agency behind the fake call?
