This company scams people. There have been so many complaints with this company and every company Ron Gaal opens up. Every time complaints pile up, he closes up shop and opens a new one with the same ol' scams. He steals your money!!!! He stole about $2000 from me and I am not the only one. He has been sued countless times.

You're not the only one who got scammed. He stole about $2000 from me, and we aren't the only ones. If you can understand your bill (which you can't because they make it so confusing) you will notice that Ron Gaal steals several thousand dollars from each customer. I don't believe for a moment that the people that say they are happy with them are real customers.Ron and his brother Andrew have been pulling these scams for years. And just in case it catches up with them Andrew "sold" his house to his wife for $0, so that if he gets caught they can't go after his house.

Dec 27th, 2012> The Grocery Group - owner Ron Gaal will be in court soon. They fired my son after he mentioned to them he was gong back to school. He was owed approx. $2000. for 2 days of wages, $1300 for freezers he bougght after they advised they deposited a cheque for $1300 into his account which they put a Stop Payment. I am going after every penny from them and drag them into court - Ron and wife Shelley. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS - BAD NEWS.

They defraauded my son approx $2000. Fired him before christmas after he mentioned he going back to Ryerson. Put a stop payment on a cheque $1330 after he bought freezers fronm his account. I met with Andrew and you can tell these guys are scam artist. I will be going to small claims court to retrieve every cent from these [***]

My suggestion to you would be to take them to court. We did, and won.They like to take you for granted, have horrible customer service, fail to deliver promises, and it is companies like this that deserve to go out of business.

You wont get a response. My suggestion is email and document everything.They will lie and try to make excuses, and try to make you pay even when they mess up...ridiculous.

1200 Markham rd may not be exactly correct for the Grocery Group but I have paperwork and a business card for Beatrix Felix listing the address as 1210-10 Markham Rd. I have been to this location and it is very hard to find. there is no office/store front only a very small sign at the back of the industrial building.Your company are thieves as is the financial company you use Nelson/Provider capital.I have been fighting with both companies since December 2011, have sent registered letter with no reply but did receive a phone call from your office a few months ago asking if I wanted to place another order. your company is extremely stupid if they think I would place another $5700 order only to receive about $1800 worth. A $1000 of that was for dry goods

Hello. I can concur with the previous writer. This company will rob you blind. I would hesitate to give them your credit card details as it is likely they were the ones who tried to scam money off my card under a different name. When I complained about the discrepancy of food shipped to my house to what was expected, Katrina's words were: " you do not get savings as the quality of food is so high'. So much for their advertisement of procuring so many savings!!. Buyers beware!!

Hi Kat,I am very unhappy with the grocery group. My order was incomplete and inaccurate! I have contacted your company numerous times over the past 4 months and have spoken to a woman named Julia Daniels who promises to fix things but never does. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If you have any ability to fix my issue, I would appreciate it. Ask Julia Daniels about an unhappy customer in Thunder Bay!
