Ok first, to this job ad above, that is HILARIOUS.The person who called me was SO AGGRESSIVE. They called about the Toronto Star. I told them that I didn't want the offer, so obviously she asked why. I told her that I don't like the Star, and I wouldn't read it if it were free. She proceeded to make me an offer that she thought I couldn't refuse. I wasn't listening to her offer, I was busy thinking of a way to insult her. I told her to go **** herself and hung up. It wasn't unwarrented. They called every day for three weeks before I finally answered in a rage.When she called back two days later (on a SUNDAY) I had to explain my situation again and ended up swearing at another agent. That was four days ago and they haven't called back, but if they do now thanks to this post I know where to take my dog's poop wrapped in a Toronto Sun!

Called at 6:45 PM EST. Got my VM, no message left.

ever get blasted with a loud whistle or airhorn? know what it means? don't get it the 1st time (you guys aren't the brightest bulbs in the room after all)? repeat.sure 1000 subscriptions weekly, not on this planet you don't LOLtrust YOU? HA

Called @ 6:30 right in the middle of dinner! Left no message. Tried calling back but got "full" voicemail and no option to be removed from call list. Not the first time they called and probably not the last. It's "newspaper telemarketing office".

The quickest way to never get my business or lose it, is by bothering me at home with [***] calls. If you have to resort to bothering people on the phone then you should just close the doors. I don't care WHO IS ALLOWED to call according to the law. I GOT THIS FUKCING PHONE FOR MY CONVENIENCE NOT SOME SCUM BAG'S. Anyone who does this for a living or who's business does this is as big a LOSER as we have walking the streets. Human garbage is as human garbage does.

I have been recieving calls from this number for the past couple of months, at least once a day. I have picked up and told them I am not interested (newspaper sale). Last night I recieved yet another call at 9:12 pm at night. I picked up the reciever and clicked it back down. The caller left a message:"You guys are losers. You need to get a life. You don't just hang up the phone on people. Bumbleclot (Which is a derogatory Jamaican swear word)". I was completely appalled by the message left, and tried calling the call center back to speak to a supervisor but only got a recording.

I don't know why these people keep calling backI never answered there calls in the past, until I got fed up and told them I'm not interested in any newspaper subscriptions. About 2 months later they called again, and I politely told the lady on the phone that I already spoke with someone 2 months before and I'm still not interested, and if she could please remove my number from their database.Fast forward to about 7-8 months later and they're calling me again, unbelievable.

I like other people on this post have been receiving calls from this number - I just got one this mornig and answerd it and the call was lost.Not sure what they are trying to do.

Has anyone tried contacting the national post sales department or filing a complaint with the CRTC? They called at least once a day for a month (see comment above) and finally one night when I did pick up the lady had an offer for the NP and asked her to take me off the list immediately or I would be filing a complaint with the crtc.......no calls since fortunately. it's harassment
