I got a call from someone who claims her name is "Pat McNeil" who was very rude. It was about a debt for a company I used to work for that has since gone out of business she said in the most rude possible tone "You cant just start a business and not pay your debts -- Just go ask Enron" and hung up on me without even letting me explain anything.

Have been receiving daily calls from 440-735-5100 asking me to call back and reference a claim # for the past 7 months. No one leaves who in regards to. Just recently, I have received 3 different female callers leave me voicemails referencing the account they are calling about. ABC Distributing (847) 615-7395 online company to order gifts. I have paid ABC in full and online, have proof of past due amount I paid 7 months ago. McCarthy Burgess and Wolff keep calling me but have never sent me anything in the mail. Nor has ABC indicating I owe them money. Now I am onl hold with ABC Dist for "an over 30 min wait time" to get resolved. I have also left MBW a voicemail indicating I have paid ABC in full.

I received a VM from a man from this agency. He left a really detailed message in regards to a collection that was owed. A lady in our area (whom I do not know) has been giving out our phone number as hers. This is the 5th collection agency we have gotten a call from. I called back and spoke with the collection agent and he immediately removed my phone number from the file. He said this kind of thing happens all the time. He was actually really nice.

recieved a phone call reguarding AT&T account for advertising that i had cancelled stating that I owed them money for the advertising in question asked for verification of the debt and was told that they dont have to provide that info so response from me ....NOT going to pay based on a phone call they seem to be just some really money hungry people...BEWARE!!!!

VERY RUDE company. I have never received a letter from this company. (yes, I am delinquent on a bill that I assume they took over). Not once had I gotten a call, or even a letter. I answered the call and I was verbally attacked. They are they to collect a debt, yet this man was telling me what the story was and how pathetic I was. From threatening bodily harm, to coming to my house, having me arrested, having me live in a box, to other personal attacks such as not having my story straight, making fun of a stutter I had while trying to talk to him, to various other name calling.I was not able to get a word in without him turning everything around on me.What he has done was illegal and should not be accepted. The original call was at extension #4356I hung up and called a supervisor, Bruce Griffen, at extension #2332.He told me that those tactics were ok to use.I am surprised anyone would agree to settle a debt with them with the way they operate. I am going to take it an extra step further and see that these practices halt.

harrasing!!! called me a liar , lazy, actually got in a verbal discourse to the point where i told him i'd poke his eyes out! never had such an experience. remember these a-holes make commission on their collections.collects for wells fargo.breaks every law with collections.

These people are so rude they called me to collect money that I supposedly owe they told me they were going to take 125 a month for three months well by now t hey have taken 600 from my bank account and nobody k nows what to tell me when I call. I explained to them I just lost a child and could barely afford funeral arrangements and they had no sympathy

I have had the same problems too. I requested proof and they refused. They wanted my bank account number to take out a monthly amount. I told them I don't give my banking info over the phone to anyone and don't do auto debits. She said they will just sue me. They are at a point where they call my work, and home phone constantly and recently started calling every night at 9:00 PM and early Saturday mornings too. They are insane! I would be more than happy to be part to a lawsuit against them.
