You must be working for these fools. There is no way they can levy a bank account without a court judgement. The only ones that can do that is the IRS, State revenue collector or other governmental entity. Take that from an ex-IRS agent and NYS Warrant and Collwections Agent.

If someone posts this business's address, and maybe the names of the owners, employee's etc... maybe some crazy person will see this information, find the people who work them and maybe kill them. Maybe.So where does this business make their calls from? Who owns it? Where do they live? What's the address? Link to a Google Map showing the owner's home?Where does the owner go, what do they do? Do they play golf? Where? Do they have a favorite restaurant? Do they work-out at a gym? Which days? What's the address of the gym? What does the owner look like? What color? Post a picture of the owner?Maybe we'll get to watch a news story some night about how they find the owner of this business with his throat cut. Or maybe it might be his whole family. I'll be in the kitchen, making Jiffy Pop popcorn.

RUDEST COLLECTION GROUP MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COLLECTORS They hcall 411 and do cheap internet look ups and call everyone with your name LOL real idiots cheap collectors for sure...Keep getting annoying calls saying pay us as we are not just collectors we are lawyers and will rag me into the courts... THEY GET ZERO in money and rating :)

The appropriate agency to report debt collectors is the federal trade commission.

I had a similar experience as noted in this message board from a verbally abusive rep from MBW. I found out which company had sent me to collections, it was Intuit Payment Solutions based on their error. I called Intuit and told the rep about the verbal assault I received from MBW and I demanded to talk to her manager.The manager requested the name of the MBW rep that I spoke with and said she was going to call MBW to complain. Don't know if anything will come of it, but it was best case for me. So maybe get the name of the person you are talking with and when you call the company tell them how badly MBW reflects on their company.

This MB&W is a scam company operate out of india and they try to threaten you by taking you to court if you do not pay on such and such date but it never happens. They use some information if you apply for payday loans online or use some of the payday loans application through a search agent company and who knows where you info ends up!!! So This is just another Nigeria boiling room scam which try to get you to pay them or wire money!!!
