THIS IS A GO DADDY PHONE NUMBER. I have an account with them and talked with them directly. THIS IS NOT A SCAM.
As far as I'm concerned it's a scam. The caller knew many pertinent details of my account, and wanted me to renew for 10 years over the phone using my credit card. I don't think so!
2 calls per day for the past three weeks. Wont identify themselves, won't leave a message. On callback, it is Go Daddy.
I got this call today on my company phone, where they left a message. I am not convinced this is Go Daddy. It was a recording, where my name was never mentioned, even incorrectly by a computer. The female voice in the recording sounded EXACTLY like the gal that was so excited to award me an all expenses paid cruise where "breakfast, lunch, and dinner are... FREE!" in other occasional spam calls that actually leave a phone message.
Ive been getting calls from this number the past few days. Tired of getting them.
Just got the call. rang two and a half times and I guess they hung up. This better not be a glimpse of things to come.
es un hijo de p u t a de godaddy
I have had that happen also. It is kind of funny seeing your own number come up.
I doubt its godaddy. I am not and never was a customer.
I cannot figure out the big deal here. I get calls from GoDaddy. We all know they are not scammers -- marketers, perhaps, but not scammers. They usually have examined my account and point out a deadline (upcoming cancellation) I might have missed. They are invariably polite, and once the call is complete, the company sends a survey by email to give you the chance to say so if you disagree. They generally don't call people who are not already customers. If you are bugged by a decent company, I cannot imagine how you might react to the real jerks who have computers call you every day. THAT is my gripe. Move over to HostGator. Then you will see what indifference feels like.

I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
said dish was updating receivers and needed for us to turn on dish for 2 minutes to do updates. told them to call back tomorrow.
