I can't believe you people think this call is annoying. They are simply following up with you. I didn't know the number and typed it in here and realized it was godaddy.com. I answered the call the second time and appreciated the 3 minute conversation I had with the gentleman.
OMG - just block the number & get a life! What do all of you do for a living that you have time to write all this? Seriously!
This is Godaddy, talked to them for 2 minutes. Just asking if everything is good. Didnt even try to sell me anything. NOT A SPAM CALL!
I haven't had any time to work on my website, and already they are making sales calls and recorded calls to my home number. Where did I ever sign anything that said they could call me? Also, their supposed "help line" hangs up on you after one ring. Do not use this service
i am happy to hear from them they helped me set my [***] upyou complainers should stfu and be thankfull they want there customers to be happystupid [***] whiners all the lot of you
My bill is paid in full for 5 years. 6 months in i got harassed daily By this number. It is a number just for the website business. i turned off the phone sound and screen calls now professionals leave message hi im I.T. guy go to website "so so" see my work. will work for X fee. Those are fine. Some Are go daddy sales rep trying to peddle what iv no need of. i learn not from business phone but web mail they send aside from sales call attempts with no message very unprofessional with piggy back and net scams on the loose. will transfer my URL by Year 4.5 if no server Reliant by then. Bottom feeder service. Will not recommend to others. I seek to please my clients to keep them not annoy.
Nine calls and I don't think it's GODADDY. We renew our website online and have no problem with the real company by that name. This number is blocked by the free call blocker. Look at the 31 pages of complaints. It is not the real McCoy,
I just got one of these calls after setting up a domain to test google apps. It's very unprofessional. "...I also had a concern I wanted to make sure that you're aware of so whenever you get a chance give me a call at 480 505 8859, it's option 1 and ask for Derrek..." Really? You're concerned about something and want to make me aware of it but it's too sensitive to trust to voicemail or email? What a load of crap. They just want to get me on the phone to sell me something. If there's a problem, they should contact me using the contact information I provided for the domain, not the number used for billing info. That's right. This call came to the number associated with my billing information, not the contact number provided for the domain I'd just registered. Think about that for a bit before saying this is anything other than a sales call. And why contact me by phone at all? When conducting business online, email is the standard method of contact. newegg doesn't call me with order updates. They send email. Amazon doesn't leave me a voicemail with tracking numbers. They send email. The only internet companies that have called me during or after a sale are the shady New York camera shops trying to sell me overpriced, low quality accessories. I guess godaddy's the NY Camera Shop of registrars.
