People, the "DO NOT CALL LIST" does not work......don't bother. The only way to stay ahead of these scam calls is to block the calls.Two things I have done so far...........1. I never pick up any calls from numbers I don't know.2. I bought a device to block these scam calls. Once the number is displayed on my call blocker, I hit block and the call is blocked for ever........wonderful device.........problem solved.The scammers can call all they want and my phone never rings.

This 482 number called again today, late morning- noone on the line when I picked up. Yesterday it was another #, but same deal; day before it was an area code in Penn., male Eastern accent asked me to sit in front of computer, I said that it was upstairs and that it would take me 10-15 minutes to get there. He said that he would call back, hung up. Never called back. 482-458-9112.... poor sport, if you asked me....

Use Call Control for smartphones, set it to filter out your area code and your contacts and that stops most calls. I combine this with Google Voice which I use for my voicemail. This has a spam folder to weed out the spam calls, and the when real callers that got blocked leave a message, it transcribes the message and sends a text to your phone. I love it.

Same here with the computer virus. They tried last year and 2 years ago they were from the IRS.....they won't stop.

Just tell them you don,t have computer they will hang up don,t get calls anymore do not let anybody in your computer check all # on line

Maybe the do not call list is being sold to the ones that want to call.
