I also received a call from this # saying he was from Macy's and my payment was passed due, I knew for a fact I wasn't. I work for Law Enforcement and take these type of calls and reports everyday. These people are THIEVES, CRIMINALS, that want to steal people's hard-earned money. Please contact your local FBI agency and report these criminals, in California you can call 310 477-6565 press 1 for operator.

I got a call from 518-573-8028 (No Name) and I just checked on the internet- this seems to be a scam call, according to people on the internet who have received this call, also. I said hello, hello but silence on the other side, so I hung up.
It's macys credit services. I was late with a payment and just after I submitted payment online they called wanting payment over the phone. They were content with me paying online though.
Same here. I will be closing my Macy's account. These people call all the time. Let Macy's feel the discomfort and maybe with their finances they can find a way to track this.
