I also received a call from this # saying he was from Macy's and my payment was passed due, I knew for a fact I wasn't. I work for Law Enforcement and take these type of calls and reports everyday. These people are THIEVES, CRIMINALS, that want to steal people's hard-earned money. I got a call from 518-573-8028 (No Name) and I just checked on the internet- this seems to be a scam call, according to people on the internet who have received this call, also. I said hello, hello but silence on the other side, so I hung up.

This number is calling my house day and night.I am on the do not call list.

It's macys credit services. I was late with a payment and just after I submitted payment online they called wanting payment over the phone. They were content with me paying online though.

Same here. I will be closing my Macy's account. These people call all the time. Let Macy's feel the discomfort and maybe with their finances they can find a way to track this.

Keep getting calls from this number listed in Mason, OH but also getting them from Ashland, OH and Chino CA. I am sick of all these calls. I have recently made an online purchase to Macy's. They need to be told one of their workers is hacking accounts.
