they keep calling my phone but they leave no message and when i call them back blocking my number they don't answer
Called my prepaid cell, that's on a no-call list. Grrr. I didn't answer it, but if I had, it would have cost me money.
I have gotten calls from them repeatedly. My Macy's account did fall 30 days behind and I paid it current. The straw that broke my back was when I got a call from these bozos while at work. Came up on caller id as MASON, OH. I put my cell phone to block my identity on outgoing and called the number back. First call, computer answer and terminal hold. Second call, representative with strong accent. I asked who this was and he said credit services and then asked if I have a Macy's account. I said "yes I do" and he asked for the account number. I gave him my cell number and asked for it to be put on their do not call list. He then asked for my first and last name. I told him if I get one more call from them, I will contact my attorney and file harrassment charges. Let's see what happens now!
The person asked for my mom (who is elderly), but couldn't pronounce her name properly. When I asked what company they were from, they couldn't tell me . They answered the phone very rude and I knew something was wrong. Do not give them ANY information, its a scam, I'm sure.
They're calling here several times a day- I don't have a Macy's account, so I don't know why it would be them. Caller ID only says "OHIO CALL" - not very informative.. and of course they don't leave a message. Sooo... wtf!
I don't know why macys calls when I pay my bill online. I pay three months in advance. Maybe they are not posting the payments then generate the calls. I am going to go back and check my checking account for payments made. My balance is wrong also. Everyone better check. I don't trust the online payment any more. I will go in to a store and pay from now on.

Called and left no message. Area code 513 was unfamiliar to me so I did not answer. Cleveland, Ohio? Looked up the number and it lead me to this Directory.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
