Thanks to everyone for posting, my parents were just about to wire money to this fraud when I put the brakes on because it seemed so fishy. This was the evidence they needed to ditch the entire operation.

Thank goodness for this thread. Cynthia Justin is still on Craigslist offering $80/night gorgeous west village vacation rentals. I had a feeling something was up because the photos were too nice for the low price. I have sent a message to craigs list. Why can't they just block this person from posting? So glad for this thread!
