Wow....I can't say anything else but THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all these posts....I have been exchanging emails with most of these scammers about NY apartments! I had already flagged a few when I found the emails looking too much like others I have read, but this site definitely helped to rule out a lot of them.

Hi all, just got two more emails, which to me also seem like a scam - they're perfectly the same, the only changes are the owner name and the address. Do not make the same mistake others have made. Always google search peoples names, numbers and emails before sending them money. And NEVER send money Western Union!!! GOOD LUCK.

They stupidly added this paragraph: "All you have to do to hold the house is to pay a 50% of the totalrental fee, plus the Refundable Security Fee which is $200 which will be given back to you on the day you departing from theproperty to the propert owner via western union .Once you have made the payment I will issue you a receipt confirmingyour payments. She's still at it. She is now calling herself Cynthia Moore, and quoting a number 216-539-7410She's still using the husbands name Mark Coy, and an address of 19 Miller Road, Los Lunas, New Mexico. If you google that address, it shows an empty field.

Whew, I almost gotten taken by alias Jane Synovec too. Maybe sometime she will make amends to all the people she took advantage of.

You guys just saved my friend. He was about to send money to JANE SYNOVEC, this SCAMMER who told him to send money to her husband, a certain Micheal Jones who lived in some weird town. And after reading this we realized that he was not her only victim and it avoided us from sending that money. THIS PERSON IS HORRIBLE! HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO PEOPLE! KARMA WILL CATCH THAT JANE SYNOVEC WHO IS FALSLY USING SOMEONE'S IDENTITY!
