am on do not call list Gave me a scare! I have old friends that are Higgins as a surname. Seems like others have had it too, # is disconnected.

No message left. The name was a common name I suppose, but some old close friends of my family have Higgins as their surname. It about put me into coronary arrest and called it right away. Been disconnected already. The government needs to get its nose out of other peoples business and put to work the people who cant seem to get a job in this country, as a task force like the TSA.
