Caller named Ruth Larson, From DCS INC, calls my business number several times a day. We have returned her calls and my receptionist has told her that the individual she is looking for no longer works for the company. She and her co-workers continue to call. Caller ID shows: DCS INC 1-541-955-7833.

I have had this number on my caller ID for the last few days thanks for all your stories I will not answer when they call.

Ok, it's Dave again. In the interest of fairness, on 8/21 I sent certifed mail, return receipt requested, a CEASE AND DESIST request to DCS and today I receved an letter acknowledging my request. No one by that name lives at this address or uses this phone number. Therefore, I am requesting that you cease and desist all communication to my phone number regarding this person's debt. If you persist in believing that (persons name) is somehow connected with my address and/or phone number, please provide proof of your claim.You should direct all future correspondence in writing as outlined in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and to cease all communication with me by telephone.Lastly, I would like to receive confirmation in writing that you have received this letter and will no longer be contacting me about (persons name) debt, or I will be forced to seek further legal action. Caller is DCS they are one of few collection agency for those who defaulted on student loans from the department of Education.

For starters these people called my mother seeking information regarding my ex-husband. My mother was unclear to the details they were in search of. She asked the person she was speaking with what their name was and her name was Kate Lewis. Kate was unwilling to provide any information. Later I called to provide Kate with the information that I had and Kate was rude and uncoorperative. I hung up without devulging any information. I figured if she was not able to maintain a professional manner with me, why should I with her. All I have to say about DCS and Kate Lewis, is what a bunch of a**holes.

i receive calls from this number up to 10 times a day, including 7 am, and 9 pm in the evening, they never leave a message; however they keep calling and calling, and sometimes when i answer no one talkes for like 2 min so i hang up. they have also called my work, former work places and neighbors. then i get a letter from them saying i owe $2,500. but with there interest rates it is now $4,600 after one month. and could in crease weekly. if i cant afford 2,500, how would i be able to pay 4,600 now. i would like to know how they even got my cell number, when no one other than family members have it.

Marcia calling my company looking for a supposed "employee"...for me to garnish wages. Noone but me produces money regularly for this company and i haven't handed a check to anyone else in almost a year. I want her to stop harrassing me.

Called from this number told my son they were calling me about something on Craigslist. I don't put my number on Craigslist.

We are getting harrassing phone calls for a person of whom worked for us in the past. We have let the caller Steve Foster, know that there is no one here by that name. He continues to call and harrass.
