I got the call from Mr Don Ryan ext 135 today. How they are interested in carry my products, and for a mere $13K He would issue a purchase order for 3k. Of course, I asked him why I would be interest in paying him $9k, for him to get all the retail profits on my product, and why would I be so stupid as to pay him 9k for him to have the honor of selling our products ? He said he would need the 9k to cover the costs of his air time, to which I replied, why the hell do I care what his business costs are ? If we are both not going to be making money, why would I ever even consider entering into a business arrangement with them ? They must be absolute buffoons, but I guess there is a sucker born every minute... I am just not one of them. I mean really, if I wanted to buy $13k of air time, I would just buy it, and keep ALL the retail profits for myself. We've been getting calls from "Ken" 561-241-4949, X-128 for a couple weeks. He always asks for my SVP of Marketing but I never put him through (I'm too experienced at screening my exec's calls to do that!). He refuses to take no for an answer or to give me any details on why he is calling-other than he wants to sell our products on TV. He just gets rude when pressed for more info. Finally I told him to put us on his "DO NOT CALL LIST". Next thing I know I'm getting a message from our CEO's office that he's calling them to complain that I'm rude. Thankfully I googled his phone number and found this information. A copy is going to our CEO's office via intercompany mail this morning. I also am looking into filing a complaint with the federal government because he ignored my 'do not call' order.

I just received a call from them today, said they buy product up front, do not discount and the 12900 usd was for the commercials and they would deduct from the product has anyone been to their offices???

After seraching online and finding this number as a scam it looks like they changed tactics and are emailing businesses. Beware of them. Just recently got the call as well. Luckily, I looked up the telephone number and saw this. Can't wait until tomorrow when he calls and we ask if we can come down and meet the people in person just to mess with him. Thank you everyone who posted on here, I'm saved because of you!

I just launched my website/product this month and I received a call from David Anderson he said, " he is a buyer from as seen on TV production" "and a research department company gave him a referral regarding my company". David Anderson said he wants' to "buy product for re-sale on a TV commercial and he would like to discuss some questions and concerns he has regarding my product." His number was 561 241-6191. It's funny because of course we are all smart business people and of course we will do research on whoever you are. So, why do people think they can get away with things like this. lol Also, I am connected with real, "As seen on TV" staff and know who to contact directly so they called the wrong person! Oh, and the number they called me on never showed up on my phone when I missed the call so I just found out today they called me via voicemail 12/21/2012. Hope this helps someone!
