I got a call yesterday Jan 29th, 2013 from Matt Wieser, I looked him up and he is a retired 65+ guy living in Florida - I could hear all the other cold callers in the background talking to other 'customers'. Their address is 5301 North Federal Hwy, Suite 100, Boca Raton Florida 33487. They called me on telephone number 561-241-6420. They call themselves As Seen On TV Productions, and I checked with As Seen On TV people who are owned by TVGoods Inc. and this company is nothing to do with them. It seems you can name your company whatever you want, and go forth. Anyway, they do make a small commercial for you worth about $1500.00 and put it on the internet. I checked out 3 of them and noticed no one looks at these. That's what you get for your $10-14,000.00 dollars. So stay far away from this group. If it sounds too good to be true it is!

They are also now calling from 561-206-6674! You should also Google 800-476-5608 to see all of the other companies that fell for this!!

Matt Wiser, senior buyer for As Seen On TV Productions, called from 561-206-6665 and wishes me to call him back at 561-206-6676. I don't have time for these people, and certainly not the money. I have yet to answer the phone because I found all this wonderful information here about them. He calls several times a day. It's annoying.

Hi Michael A,Air time is CHEAP and shooting a 30 second TVC now a day is also not that expensive, $5k. Part of the problem is when and what stations are your TVC aired? Did you know that you can air a 30 second for a few dollars!

Hi,We are a small business and they called us as well. Asking for $14,000 so that they can produce an add for our company to sell on TV and they would buy initially $3000 worth of products from us and if the campaign is successful they would continue buying. Our company cannot afford to pay such that money so we said no. And I saw this post here. Be aware it is a big scam

Some guy named Matt Wiser called this morning from a company "As Seen on TV Productions" asking to speak with the president of the company inquiring about our products. I took a message and then googled the P# right away 561-241-6420. And just as I thought it was a fake company.

Just got a call on Sat afternoon from Bill Mott from As Seen On TV Productions. Wanted to talk about buying product in "quantity" and reviewing our product. I had made a presentation to "As Seen On TV" in Vegas last May so thought this might be a follow up. After reading this I'll be calling him back to say NO THANKS! NOT THE SAME COMPANY. So glad I did the research! I was a former TV producer for a National Talk Show based in NY and can tell you NO LEGITIMATE company will ask you for money upfront to pay for production. If they believe they are on to a winner they'll pay for all costs and make their money in margin or royalty of sales.

Our company has been receiving calls from As Seen on TV Productions for quite some time. They call several times a week after repeatedly being told to stop calling. We've received calls from Matt, Quin, and most recently Wendy, among others. We too have filed a complaint with the BBB.
